After reading through the forums multiple times, asking questions in the r52 forum, multiple test drives, 2 hour drives to see falsely advertised vehicles, I finally found the one for me. A 2012 base convertible, manual, pepper white /black bonnet stripes and just over 34,000 miles. Scooped it up before pictures even showed up on the dealers website, which means the few small dings it has didn't get taken out, but not going to make a four hour round trip for that. It was a blast to drive home, and the husband and kids made a donut run with the top down this morning. I can foresee us saying yes to donut and ice cream runs and any other excuses to go for a drive more often than usual.
