Finally picked up last Saturday but just got around to updating the thread since it has been so rainy or busy. Ended up with $30,825 after everything is said and done but a long story, but I have it and I love it. Here are some pics from tonight, got a bath today, so had to take it to dinner since we were kid-less.
How on earth did you end up with an additional $2000 off??? Your got the car for $6000 under MSRP?!!? I want to know how? I Only got $2500 off my Clubman!
Maybe this will help you feel a little bit better.
I also have one in route...................It appears that my JCW convertible was on the same ship (named Tiger) as your car but yours was unloaded in Baltimore and mine went back out to sea......... It is scheduled to arrive in California on the 20th....................Oh well, you are just a little bit luckier than me.
Nice! Thanks for the pics. Mine was finally unloaded in California yesterday (April 21) so it shouldn't be too much longer. As I expected you would be driving yours before mine was even off the boat. I am happy for you. Enjoy.

Kind of a long story but the extra 2k was from the test drive promotion that was running which got me 1k. Not sure it was stackable with the original promotion but my dealer is awesome and did that. $500 was USAA promotion. Last $500 was from Corporate Mini because after I took I purchased the car I realized it didn't have the cellphone docking that was promised int he build tool. I called the dealer and he talked to his Mini rep, they are sending me a $500 because of it for it, which is probably cheaper than them having to retrofit it. In all honesty I did want it but if I was offered $500 off to not have it I would have taken that offer. In the end I feel like I got a hell of a deal and I know it is a sign to keep this car until the wheels fall off.

I will say one thing keep an eye on the tracking page on Mini lounge, mine went from due on the 19th to due on the 14th overnight and the dealer was not told of the change, so I was able to get it a week earlier than I was told once it hit the US.
Thanks for the suggestion but I don't think it will be much longer for a couple of reasons. 1. The BMW/Mini receiving center is only about 120 miles from my dealer (Mini of Escondido) 2. My dealer has given me several updates since it was ordered, which have proven to be correct, and they expect my sale to be complete sometime by the end of this week. Hopefully they are still correct.
