This will take some time as a project.

I'm going to use Hawk HP+ Pads. I don't care about the noise. I'll just turn up the harmon kardon. Or plug my ears. I could care less about brake noise during an emergency stop.

I'm looking for a good set of coated rotors. Blanks preferably.

They're noisy while doing normal stops. I use HP+ on the track and recommend the HAWK cermaic pads for the street as they have less noise and dust, but still a very good performance gain. If you don't care about either of those, which it seems like you don't, then the HP+ are a good option. http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/..._pg2.htm#item5 For rotors, I run slotted/vented for street/track application.
