I recently picked up an 06 R53 MCSa checkmate with 74,000 mile on it. I know I know an automatic.. But my wife can't drive stick and it was her idea to pick up the Mini.. So far I just love it. I have a few bugs to work out with it, but I am sure with the help of the members on here that I will be turning it into the Mini I want...

Salish Sea MINI Motoring Club,

Both have members all over the state, though PS MINI seems to have more functions north of Seattle and SS MINI, south of Seattle.

Welcome, those are two great groups of MINI owners. I had a chance last year to hang out with many of them on MTTS and when we did a mod party at Craven in Portland.

 

I will have to be joining one of these myself. Thanks for the info. So far everyone in the Mini community is great.
