Once again a Mini owner.

Hey all. I'm once again a Mini owner. Bought my first Mini Cooper S in 2006. Kept her for 5 year. It was never the same without a Mini. So, last summer we wanted another Mini Cooper S but only Gen 3 was available. So, we bought it. Great car but I later realized why we traded in the last Cooper S. It was just too small. So, I suggested trading in our 5 month old Cooper S for a Countryman S. But, my wife wouldn't have it because the Countryman S didn't look sporty enough. Then out of the blue our dealer had a new left over 2014 Countryman ALL 4 John Cooper Works. It was love at first sight, we had to have it. Pricey car but definitely cool. Dealer was nice enough to discount 5K off Msrp. Our trade in was a 2014 Cooper S. We took a hit on it but I figured loose a little now, get the car I want at a great price or wait and loose more and don't get the exact car I want.

Once a mini owner, always a mini owner. I just bought my 2nd mini. Had a base model for 8yrs, stepped up to a 2009 convert JCW.

Thank you all. Well, less than 4 weeks after getting the JCW my wife wanted her own Mini. So, here it is, her new 2015 Mini Cooper S Roadster. I have to admit her patience paid off in more ways than anticipated. First and foremost, it's a manual transmission. She will only get manual transmission cars. It was the only Red manual transmission Cooper S roadster in Our state. It also has Xenon headlights and cold weather package. We got it from our local dealer whom we purchased the JCW and before that two other Minis. Our dealer took $3000 off the manufacturer sticker price. So, she couldn't resist.
