Hello All,

I got my new-to-me MINI last week and look for excuses to drive him all the time! Since he's BRG with a black and tan interior I opted to dub him a "he" and named him Reggie, short for Reginald and sometimes just Reg.
I wasn't even considering a MINI at first. Had my heart set on a new Honda CR-Z EX but then saw a used Cooper S Coupe at a local dealer and took it out for a test drive before heading over to the Honda dealer for my pre scheduled test drive.
Talk about disappointing... although I liked the look and futuristic interior of the CR-Z, it had no oomph compared to that S Coupe!
I searched extensively for a pre-owned MINI that was just what I was looking for and found it at a CarMax in L.A. They transferred it here to ABQ for me to test drive and that was the best 250 bucks I've ever spent. After a 20 minuted test drive I was signing papers and driving Reggie off their lot in less than two hours!
I haven't taken many photos of him yet but have a file folder full of the dealer photos that I think I'll post...
Happy to have found NAM and excited to experience all the MINI madness!!!
