Hello everyone, any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know any possible issues of purchasing a Preowned Mini from Oregon (Snow, rust, etc)? I'm use to owning & purchasing California cars only.

Oregon is a pretty big state with differing weather conditions. The eastern two thirds of the state is high desert with the cold temps and weather that go with it. The south west half of whats left is much like northern Calif weather. The north west part is rainy and wet. The good news is that we don't use any salt on the roads so the cars from Oregon are generally solid and rust free and the windshield wipers definitely work.
