New member/owner, 1st MINI...already stanced!

Hey guys, got into a MINI just in time for the rise of gas prices. Been daily driving a Toyota Sequoia for the past few months so needed something good on gas but still fun. Came up on a low mileage 2002 Cooper S from a friend out in Hawaii, so I decided to jump on it...

Picked it up from LAX, shipped in like a piece of luggage! Gave it a good wash and started going through it. JCW grills were installed right away. Came with some Megan coilovers with adjustable dampeners and front camber. Also noticed it had MSD ignition spark plug wires and Megan exhaust. Has a nice sound to it.

The fender "flares" and side skirts were body color matched but had some rock chips. I seemed to like the contrast of the black plastic better so I opted to plastidip all the trim. It cleaned up the appearance of the car I think. Searched around for some decent but inexpensive wheels to drive on everyday, did a good amount of research on here as well as stanceworks to see what specs would work. JohnnyVillian's car with the 15"s was an inspiration so I found these 15x8 et20 Rotiform ROC replicas from Felgenwerks (vendor on vwvortex). Opted to go with the 195/50r15s to be low but not too low since I will be driving this car daily. Bought some powerflex control arm bushings from The M Shop, will probably try to DIY next week.

Future plans include:
-crank position sensor seal (small leak, advised by local shop)
-needs passenger side window regulator
-eventually get the sunroof to work
-Some small PDR and possible hood respray
