As the post title reads, I live in Alaska. I bought my first Mini in 2011, a Hardtop s, my second and third this year. A 2013 Hardtop JCW and a 2014 Clubman Justa for my wife. I absolutely love these cars (can't tell can you). Some people think they aren't suited for cold snowy climates but I haven't had any issues. Just put on the snow tires and they are unstoppable. They are also fun cars to mod. I have a large box of Carbon Mini parts waiting to be installed when it warms up (over $2000 worth) can't wait.

So can anyone explain the Neutral through Sixth thing? Does it change with the number of posts?

Do you have any plans to compete with it? My two sons and I autocross during the summer. One has a '05 STI and the other has a '04 MCS.

I'm not sure about autocross. It sounds like fun but I only have 1500 miles on the car so I'll probably wait. It is something that I have thought about though. I was even looking into taking a driving course in Seattle.
