I've been lurking since the end of the summer, but I used the forums to solve a problem (couldn't find stock tires, learned that 205/55s work just fine) today so I figured I'd ought to introduce myself.

I've been a motoring enthusiast for a long while. I've owned a bunch of cars, but my love is still my 1968 BMW 2002. It was one of 2 2002s which I restored more or less from the ground up. It spends most of its time in a barn these days, sadly. This summer I bought an R55 and found the only car which I've driven which matches the '02 for sheer fun.

I'm definitely a convert.
