Hi everybody

Hi I'm from Italy and I have registered to this forum to discuss about Mini.
I am few step away from my 3rd mini.
After an r50 Cooper, a Clubman Cooper D, I have just ordered a Countryman All4 Cooper D

Drooling over the CM All4 D, which I presume means diesel. My kingdom to get a diesel here in the US.

Welcome! What is the diesel mileage (kilometers per liter) compared to the petrol? I assume it is better with diesel. Oddly enough, even though diesel is a byproduct in the production of gasoline, they charge more for diesel in states. Does not make sense.

YesDiesel has a better miliage against petrol: it is 4,9 L / 100 km
more or less 20 km with 1 Liter (declared)
I think that the results in real life are differente, I read that 17 Km with 1 Liter should be the real data

Petrol is 6,0 L / 100 Km (16 Km with 1 Liter declared = 12 Km/L in real life)
