So I am not only new to the MINI community this is also my first german/british car. I've had lots of cars my last being an 08 modded mustang, but then my boyfriend brought me into the STANCED community, and I have to ditch the v6 for the turbo! This car (is what I like to call it) a saved car, my father bought this from a salvage yard (copart) and I got a car that had more problems than we bargained for. Other than the transmission and the actual engine itself, we've pretty much had to replace everything in the front end of the car. (trans axel, control arm, headlights, front bumper, ac condenser, intake, water pump, ext.)

But I love this car, its running great now (minus a cracked windshield, and bet fender) and this is the progress we have so far. I plan on going to coils in the next few months and then possibly air suspension...? a tune, and other minor cosmetic things.

I dont know any other MINI people so anyone in the DURHAM/RALEIGH/SOUTHERN PINES (moving there very soon) area, let me know I would love to see more minis!
