I am new here and looking to see how many of you purchased your preowned mini on line or far from home. We don't have too many mini's available here in Colorado - at least that strike my fancy so... the US I guess is my limit.

At any rate looking for the following: 2011 - 2012 Clubman S prefer Convenience Package, Premium Package, Sport and Cold Weather - if it has a Nav I won't say no, but that is not a requirement. Miles preferred 25k or less (hoping to lean on that factory warranty for a bit till I get to know the vehicle). Manual or Auto but Manual is first choice.

My little dream mini got scooped up on Saturday from a dealer in Tempe AZ who gets great reviews LaSurer I believe - I only spotted it Friday night. Oh well, hopefully another comes along.

At any rate, looking for your feedback on the purchase experience if bot used, on line - and anything else I should know that I haven't asked.

Funny!! Just bought mine from Colorado!!! 1202 miles from here!!! The whole transaction went super smooth. Made a couple of connections at some Mini dealerships during my 8 months of research. Good luck ...... need any help just ask. Tho there are many more folks on here that know wayyyyyyy more than I do and are very helpful.

Welcome, hope you find te Mini that is you. I picked my Clubman up in 07, put my deposit down 6 months ahead of when I could send in order. Now am waiting on a bigger Mini that is in the Graz birth canal.

 

Thanks for the welcome. Bot yours in Colorado huh! Now how about that! I'm trying to make friends, the Tempe AZ guys were very nice. Others it seems are more interested in selling a call than helping you find the right one. IF you have a dealer you'd like to share I'm listening!

Were you able to get a pre inspection report without too much trouble?

Eight months of research, I'm not sure I have that much patience! I went to a local dealer here who had a nice Clubman (not an S) and had all the advertised options wrong. That is what scares me. I know more about them than they do (that's good) but I can't tell if they've been wrecked and fixed (that's bad).
