I bought a Cooper S hardtop, all black and black wheels. Sport pkg, etc. Its still at the port and will pick it up next week.

Will go easy on mods for now. First some dark window tint and then figure out where to order a black grill, headlight rings, etc for a total blackout. Next inline is a ticket countermeasure system.

There're lots of threads here about modifying trim pieces with either Plasti-Dip or vinyl; Search will show you the way. Also, lots of vendors from whom to buy goodies.

Congrats on your upcoming purchase! All black sounds sounds smokin! I just completed an all blackout on my 2012 blk/chilli red. Outmotoring.com had the MINI gloss black grill trim, headlight and tailight trim rings, all in gloss black. Bought some blackjack door handle overlays and had a buddy of mine paint them and my chrome gas cap cover. Then some tape over the chrome beltline and finished! IMO it looks great!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I just went through the modding nonsence with my 2010 Camaro SS RS so I know how it can get out of control. A few mild mods never hurt anyone though. Just think of it as personalization.
