Howdy from Albuquerque, New Mexico!

Greetings from the Land of Enchantment!

I am the proud owner of "Sapito" = "Little Frog" (which has been my nickname since I was delivered), a 2005 MCS with 95K. I was a little hesitant on getting a high mileage MINI (not Mini ), but because of this fine NAM community, I took the plunge!

From your guidance, I've learned how to put Sapito on 4 floor-jacks, change my Oil and air filters, change my drive belt (with my handy new belt tool), put on a chrome scoop, put on a new MINI emblem, check my brake pads (and be confident on how to change the pads/rotors), know how to identify the PS sound and check the fan operation, torque properly, and fall in love with my SC whine! The past two months of commuting to work was been a blast.

The drive from my home in Bernalillo into Albuquerque has a 10 mile straight-wide interstate that is easy to hit 100 MPH without blinking (oops, del-del-del).

Well here he is...

I just want to say thanks for everything and I can't wait to install the 15% pulley-reduction (after I change the SC oil ).

Take care all,
Leo
