Well, I've lurked on NAM for about two years and since I've finally got around to getting a 2013 JCW, I guess its time to introduce myself. The car is Chili Red and of course I'll post some pictures as soon as I get around to taking some. Thrilled so far. It's way too much fun to just drive around and is a huge step forward from my '01 Ford Focus.

I'd like to say that the MINI community is a big reason I decided to get this car. Every car on my short list has an enthusiastic following, but MINI enthusiasts seem to be nicer and significantly less interested in stoplight drag racing. Not that the MINI can't do that as well.

I guess since I've said hello, I'm now allowed to start pestering everyone with questions and completely ignoring the search function as well as the owner's manual.
