Hi all - still getting acquainted with my brand new spice orange MINI hardtop. The wait is over, the love affair begins. :-). I'm not really a 'car person', at least not until now. So, this is my first automotive forum. I have already been welcomed with rapid helpful advice to help me search out winter wheels/tires for my new skate, so thank you all for the great start!

Welcome, Abby! Great looking Justa! But you really need to tell Massachusetts to give you a new plate for your Gorgeous MINI!

So much info to be found on the board. Be careful of info overload. And ask questions!

Gosh, I guess the plate really is a bit of an embarrassment. I had literally *just* renewed my registration, it expired in October, so I transferred the plate. But, yes - yuck. Maybe time for a vanity plate. Maybe RINJ. :-)

I just started the other day, ive had my MINI for years. Everyone seems really nice and tries to be helpful unlike some other fourms ive been on. If you enjoy your MINI have as much as ive enjoyed mine it should last 100 years lol

Off topic post (maybe not?)

I read your story and I find it hard to believe any MINI won't last 100 years after what yours went through
