Hey guys, I've occasionally lurked around here looking for help on my many Mini issues over the last few years. But I finally decided to sign up and get legit. Maybe I can give a little back, too.

I have a mostly stock 2003 R50. Some of the fun I've had:
- Manual transmission failed (along with clutch) at about 50K
- Power steering pump failed at about 55K
- Several power window motor failures
- Replaced front struts at about 60K
- Now having driver's side headlight issues (stock HIDs) - looks to be igniter
- Mysterious rattle in the back that I have yet to identify
- Intermittent electrical issues - also still not identified.
- Rusting rear hatch (boot) handle (under the chrome)
- Engine is using a lot of oil (possible head gasket issue?)

I do like the car - but I think it may be getting to be time to cut my losses. Anyone interested? I'm such a great salesman...

Anyway - that's all for now. I'll try not to be a negative nelly all the time. It is a great looking and fun-to-drive car - when I'm not under it - or waiting for the shop to get done draining my bank account...
