Sup everyone?

My name is Jesse and I'm going to be picking up my first MINI in a few days. 2008 Red S, fully packaged sans Nav.

I'm coming from the DSM world. I'm trying to sell my 2.3 stroker Eclipse GSX, and I put more money into that thing that I like to think about. (The girls liked it at least).

Anyway, I've always loved the handling characteristics of the GSX with Coilovers and some sticky summer shoes on her, so this MINI is going to be right in my court. I'm pumped.

Anyway, I'm trying to get a feel for and do a ton of research on the MINI's so I know what I'm going to be driving around for awhile. Is there any beginners guide to the different models of MINI's? Also, a scheduled maintenance guide?
