Potential New Owner

This forum might be a little biased of course, but i have test driven 2 MCS and am convinced i want one. I will be buying used, probably a 2008-2011 and i have heard some horror stories about different issues. i will be purchasing an extended warranty for the engine and drive train just to be sure im covered for a few years anyways. What do need to be worried about? How much more reliable would a non-s mini be as compared to an s model and how much lower is the fun factor? i just dont want to be making payments and be in the shop all the time. Or am i worried for nothing ?

Hi broke,

Welcome to the family. If you can testdrive a Justa, that will help you determine what the power differential is for you specifically. There are definitely MINI owners who would only want the S.

I purchased a 2010 Justa in June and it was the perfect decision for me. I have lots of fun! Good luck!
