Hello to all! Just purchased our first MINI, its for my daughter who's been saving her report card, Christmas and Birthday money since 6th grade! It's her first car and she gets her license in 3 weeks. It's a certified 2009 Red Clubman and she absolutely loves it! BTW so do I, so much so that I'm looking to purchase an R56 for myself in the next couple of months since I won't have to be driving her around anymore. Anyway I love the forum its been very helpful and look forward to more communication/learning here!

Welcome and great choice. I had a 2010 S and it is the best MINI in my opinion. Is it an auto or stick? Cooper or S?
Either way a very cool first car. This place is a awsome for finding and sharing info, lots of knowledge here. Just try the search function first for answers.

Thank you for the replies! It's "Justa"(is that correct lingo?) Clubman automatic. We figured for an inexperienced 17 year old manual and an "S" would have been too much, not to mention the insurance!

 

Little Wing, I have had a picture of your car as my desktop image for about 4 weeks! I was doing a Google Search for 'Black Jack Clubman' and it came up and I was instantly in love! I just got my 09 Clubman in June. It is Hot Chocolate and I was thinking about doing it with the Black Jack trimmings! Do you mind sharing where you got your stuff?
