Old dude
Old dude
After lurking here for a few months I bought my '09 MCS (all stock) last week. Will be considering a few tasteful mods. Only problem so far is the difficulty of getting the smile off my face after putting it through its paces. BTW, who is the oldest dude on this forum? I'm 68.
Yeah, the smile's a side effect. You get used to it.
I've had mine two weeks, and a co-worker actually asked me the other day why I looked so happy when I walked in the door - didn't even realize that the grin was still on my face. Love this car!

Welcome and Congrats.
Owned my Mini a couple of months and the grin is permanent I believe. Even my mother-in-law walked out of our house and said "I love that car. You can't help but smile when you see it." And she has not driven it yet!!!!
And check the thread about ages of Mini owners you will find you are not by any means the oldest.
