New to the mini world
New to the mini world
Just p/u a used 2003 base cooper CVT trans and 99k. Hope others can help withe some of the things that arise. Have worked and built a few cars but this is a new deal for a 50 something guy from CA. any advice is welcome.
If you don't know the car's history, have the transmission fluid changed, it should be done every 28,000 miles, and use the dealer -- correct fluid is essential ( usually runs around $200 - $300. Many of us with CVT transmissions have had no problems, but there have been failures.
