I too have a countryman waiting at the dock. Reviewing my invoice copy, there is a $200 maco fee and and $83 advertising fee. I'm in so cal and at least one other dealer in the area had the similar fees. Is this a regional thing, or a dealer add on? I'm getting $750 over invoice + those 2 fees.

 

you might read over this post on a BMW forum. it talks about the fee... Sorry if I shouldn't like to it but their is a lot of good info there.
