Well, after being in the market for a new car for over a year a finally pulled the trigger on Monday. I spent that year looking at the vw gti, BMW 3 series and the lex rs 350. Didn't even think about a mini. Well on a recent trip back home from the US to the UK I noticed an abundance of Minis. When I got home to NJ I test drove one and fell in love. This week I picked up my 08 MCS with only 21k on the clock. These cars are to much fun!

i am interested in a mini. but my question is in regards to the phone symbol on the steering wheel. does the mini have built in bluetooth for cell phones?

That is available but you would need to check the particular car you are interested in. A MINi dealer could tell you based on the last 7 digits from the VIN.

Thanks, I have the bluetooth in my p/u and its fantastic. I drive alot for work and find it
safer and much easier to deal with. I will make sure it's part of the system. It seems to be a post '04 option? looking for my 1st MCs!

Well here she is after a good cleaning today. It's amazing the amount of gunk you can't see but a clay bar will pull up. Gonna get the back windows tinted some time in the next few weeks (no point in messing with NJ cops) and am going to swap out the stock air intake also.
