New 2 NAM, luvin my MINI
Hello ALL,
We recently got an almost new, very low miles 2006 orange MINI convertible.
I had a BMW 3 series convertible for many years & loved it.
I must say this car is great to drive.
I started a new job almost an hours drive from my house, so I NEEDED something good on gas, fun to drive, & well something I consider to be a good looking car.
And my MINI search started.
My husband has no clue how fun it is, he honestly hasnt even driven her yet! He's 6' 4" & thinks its sooo for me, being 5' 2".
So we won't tell him what he's missing
I have named her LUCY; with her orange color & my Gramas name was Lucille & she was a TINY spit fire, I had to go with LUCY.....

I orginally started looking on this site wanted to get a hitch to attach my bike as my trunk rack doesnt fit this car well & with the convertible there aren't the options available to it.
So, I just wanted to say HI!

Welcome from the sunshine state. We share the name! You are the first other "Lucy" I have found. Like you we had our unique reasons.
