Props for Mini of Concord, CA
Just took delivery of a 2012 S convertible about 347 miles ago (roughly 10 calendar days) from Concord Mini located in Northern California.
I am a total newbie at uploading jpegs, so if you see one here then all went well with the experiment.
I have purchased two new Mercedes and one new Honda in the past ten years. The purchase of the Mini was by far the easiest such transaction of the lot.
The fellow who handled the sale for Concord Mini was Jason Krupa.
Right from the start, Jason indicated the transaction would be low-key and professional. I never felt pressured or hassled at all.
Jason made sure all of my many questions were answered. Once I discovered NAM, of course, the number of questions increased rather exponentially.
One morning, I received an email from Jason which indicated the production of my car had started in Oxford, and he gave me the links I needed to follow the car as it made its way across the Atlantic on the good ship Platinum Ray.
As other posters have noted earlier in the NAM forum, folks don't seem to take the time to thank the Mini dealers when they do a good job.
So chalk this first post up in the "way to go, guys" column for Jason and Mini of Concord.
Now let's see if this thing posts...

I'll put in a plug for my sales person at Concord Mini, Michael Chavez. My car's still on order, but he's been great to work with - very enthusiastic and informative. Thumbs up for this dealer!
Michael Chavez is my guy at MINI Concord as well. It's been a year and a half since I picked up my Clubbie & he has stayed in touch & been a great help when I've had questions & issues. Great original transaction, great customer service & very much appreciated!!!
