My new mini needs friends
My new mini needs friends
I finally did it. Bought a chili red Mini Cooper S about 2 weeks ago. I love it, of course. Having a ton of fun in it, but want to find a club or group of mini owners in my area (Salt Lake City, Utah). Anyone know the best way to find other mini owners and any social activities?
Also, I have this weird warning light that keeps coming on next to the odometer. Yellow triangle with exclamation point. I can't from the manual what it means. Related to fuel? Anyway, if you know let me know.

I think you're talking about the traction control light. If you're driving on ice or snow and your car is slipping, your traction control will engage. Whenever it's doing that the light will go off showing you its happening. Press the DSC button in your car and it will disengage the traction control but doing so will leave the light on. This will however allow you to keep the power on the wheels without the traction control stopping your wheels. What you're seeing is completely normal.
This will happen as well if you're driving hard enough to break the tires lose.

I read for a living and I hate reading stuff I am not paid to read at this point.
