I just purchased a 2005 Mini Cooper S convertible. My special needs son is the biggest Mr Bean fan so of course I'll be painting the car Mr Bean green in the next few weeks. I'm here to learn more about these cool cars and just have fun with it cause that's what life is about right. I'll post up pics as I begin the transformation. Looking forward to learning here and maybe finding a local Mini club here in northern NJ.

Got to take the Mini out and really enjoy it for the first time today, and it was a blast. Also set a date of October 24th to paint it and found an exact match for Mr Bean green. Can't wait

Oh I remember the first time I test drove mine it was the best test drive I had ever taken,after buying then really started to play in the curves I just couldnt seem to brake the rear end loose it just stuck to th road! Now on the other hand I know what I can do with it!,in fact I was looking at a 08 S for the wife tonight and the poor salesguy made the mistake of asking me if I wanted to take a test drive?

I don't think he had any idea what I was getting ready to put him threw?
I kinda feel sorry about it but I enjoyed it even more! The guy was just making some of the funnyeist sounds I've ever heard from a terrified passenger,he was white knuckled and terrified it was great!

I think he thought I was kidding about doubling the max safe speed sighns on the curves? Of witch I continued to show him it would do,and then some! I think he got his mini education tonight?

 

My kids loving the new Mini. It really is a fun fun car and I can see why everyone is so enthusiastic about theirs.

 

 

that looks pretty cool! My godsons are big Bean fans too...for some reason I didnt even make the MINI connection, but when they learned what my next car would be, they went crazy.
