Like to get feedback on quotes that members are getting on extended warranty. I would like to take my warranty out to 100k. Got my CM 3/1/11 and have have close to 9k miles on it already. Thanks in advance for input.

Yikes, you're burning through those miles quickly. I had bought the 7 year 85,000 mile extended warranty (the longest one you can get) a month before my stock warranty (4 year) was up. At the time I was driving about 1500 miles a year (I lived in a fairly self contained community). so that was 85000 minus 6000, or 79000 miles left or 7 more years until I was out of warranty. that cost about $2300. I turned around and sold that MINI 6 months later and was told that the extended warranty was then worth $1979. It's been a year now and I haven't seen that check in the mail and there is no phone number that you can call to unless you give the sales manager at a dealer a hard time. Extended warranties are handled by a 3rd party company. My advice from my experience, keep that MINI for 75000+ miles, then get the next latest greatest.
