Hello to all! just setting up my NAM account today trying to get hip with all things MINI. Why does my heart jump when I see another Mini/MINI on the road, kinda like a big family I guess, sharing the same crazy enthusiasm. Cheers!

 

I'm the same way. It was nice getting a wave from another MINI driver last Saturday and watch another MINI driver on my rear view mirror swerve through traffic just to catch up and drive next to me. We're a weird bunch of people...

 

Just got mine Friday and I'm the same way I get all kind of excited.

 

I think the biggest disappointment is waving real big and they just look at you and drive on by. Ugh

 

Yea my wife laughs at me when that happens.

 

Love getting a wave from another Miniac! Had my clubman 5 weeks now and it makes my day when my wave and smile is returned!! Not many Mini owners in my neck of the woods, so when I do, it is sooo special!

 

mini*jini: Congrats on your MINI! There is a whole thread on the wave . . . Many wave and some have given up. I have been rejected too many times to count, so now I just shout "MINI!" when I see one zip by. My kids join in too!
