Just wanted to say hello to everyone. My husband and I recently purchased a 2011 mini convertible. We are so excited and can't wait to get the call that its in and ready to be picked up.

 

Hey Lori! We bought our first one yesterday too!!! ARE YOU IN LOVE TOO?! I traded in my fx35 for the 2011 mini convertible in the chocolate brown color! ITS SOOO FUN!

A helpful hint, actually 2. When referring to current MINIs (the BMW version) it is written in all caps. Mini refers to classics.
Second, in your user CP if you add your location to your profile then people can see where you are and it is helpful when you are trying to locate a service, a product or a MINI event. You don't have to put your actual city if you don't want to, just a general locale, like North Georgia or whatever.
Can't wait to hear more, guess we'll be seeing you in the "waiting for a 2011" thread.

Hey thanks for responding to my post. I am so excited for you as well. My choice for a color was between horizon blue and the chocolate brown. I went with the horizon blue so I would love to see a picture of yours. I wish you lots of luck with yours. I hope to get mine soon so I can sleep at night. Im just to excited thinking about it to get a good nights sleep.

Lori, congratulations! Can't wait to see pics! We almost ordered a Horizon Blue (love the color), but the dealer had a Hot Chocolate w/ Polar Beige interior on the lot and we went with that one. Haven't regretted it a bit, although we live and work on dirt roads and have to use the California Duster daily.

LuvMyCoCoMini, love the brown top and seats! You've got the exact wheels we plan on getting. Gorgeous picture! We named ours Cadbury.
