Thinking about buying a used Mini, should I get a base or S? Advantages, disadvantages.

 

My 2¢...think about your lifestyle and what you're looking to get out of the car. Drive a justa and an S. You can search threads on supercharger issues, automatic transmission issues, clutches, etc. I'm sure you'll get lots of feedback in this thread but ultimately you need to get the MINI that's right for you. I prefer the S manual.

 

NAM is just the place to begin to figure that question out. Everyone has their opinion, but almost ALL love their MINIs.

Drive a bunch and you'll know which one is for you.

 

Drive them both...you'll figure it out.

 

You can only decide by trying different types, only you will know which ones make you happiest.

 

yeah try both... i woud go for s as u never know when u need the EXTRA boost..hehe
