My wipers were left on after a rain which turned out into a snow over the night .In the morning I ran to the car turn the engine on and the wipers moved 1/4 inch then stuck .Today I checked the motor knowing that mini has an issue with this but the motor is fine , fuses are fain and i don t see anything wrong with the relays .If anyone had a similar issue please reply .
