Hello to all, reciently purchased my first mini. Its a 07 Cooper S. Looking forward to being a member of this forum and have found it helpful in finding information on modifications for my mini and various things that are out there for the mini's. For many years I have done restoration work on older cars, teens thru the 70's, but have not delt too much with the newer stuff except in OE types of repairs. Most of the restoration work was domestic but really enjoyed working on the import stuff that did come into the shop. Mostly it was mercedes and BMW cars. Unfortunately I have not been able to do any mini stuff previous to the most recient addition to my collection. There are lots of mods that I am planning in the future and as I accomplish them will be more than happy to post pics and what i think of how the mods either improved or disappointed me. I look forward to keeping up to date with the rest of the mini community via this forum and its various vendors. Keep up the good work.

P.S. At the present time I am unable to do any thing with the new toy as I am in Iraq but should be returning to the states in the next couple of months and then its going to be lots and lots of modify. There is always room to improve on the factory design.
