To mod or not to mod. . . obviously mod. but where to start. I'm considering the "Go big or go home" method with getting a bunch of goodies at once such as the Out Motoring Stage two kit that you can tweak with different exhausts and pulleys and most important . . . the color of your SPARK PLUG WIRES!!

I want to get the 17% pulley, MILLTEK exhaust and a alta intake.

My first question is, Is it worth the money or should i just get the pulley?

Also, do i need a tune with the 17% pulley and if i do where can i get it tuned? or do i have to buy some kind of programmer for that?

I tried to search for these questions but didnt find what im looking for.

You don't have to do tuning for just a pulley the car will run fine.

intake in pulley go hand in hand. from what I've read here on nam it is one of the better exhausts. pulley is best mod hands down
