I know your MINI came aboard a K-Line ship. Are you able to track the status of your car on the WW tracking site?

That threw me also, initially. The original 'How to Track Your MINI' post was very informative, but one thing I did learn: WW seems to be the primary contract holder, and then subs out the cargo to other ships where it can. In my case, it was a pleasant surprise, as the next available WW ship was two weeks out from when I landed at the dock. But then it showed being assigned to the VOLANS LEADER, which, as you said, not a WW ship, yet trackable through WW. Though note al they ever had on record was leaving Southampton ans arriving in Port Hueneme, basically. I tracked the ship, when I could, using the Marinetraffic site instead.

No i can't, which made it really hard to find out anything about the ship.

You will have to rely on the Owner's Lounge or phone updates from here on.

Finnaly got it! Drove it home a couple of hours ago, what a blast to drive. Just before going to the dealer I stopped by Audi to check out the A1. I sure am glad I went for the MCS I'll try to post pics tomorrow!

Cheers!

MA confirmed this morning that my mini has reached port. Now it is just a waiting game until it is released and put on a truck to the dealer. I hope that this happens soon. I am getting anxious

I ordered my car in in July. I originally asked for MINI connected, and if that wasn't available I wanted Visual Boost. I must say I am very glad I ordered it that way. I'll have pics up on my gallery soon. Any requests?

Cheers!

I wish I would have known that the Visual boost could have been ordered....rats! And my car just started production this week. I missed it by that much.

I'm in a different country and belive my car came with Visual Boost because of the Code Mix up, but since I ordered it I still got charged.. From what I've heard, they just started to take orders for Novembers Builds, so you should be one of the first who "oficially" get it!

Cheers!!

UPDATE: Pics are up on my gallery!!

All the early info at the dealer seems in question to me at this point since they told me the aero kit wasn't available and that visual boost was an accident, as motoring file said, here in the states. It wasn't on their order form at least. That said, it is a standard option outside of the us market...

I sure wish the visual boost would have been an option. It looks so very cool vs the standard interface. Here's to hoping they are still making mistakes for US production cars and I get totally lucky. I'm certain that this will not be the case however

I don't know about that. The Owners Lounge, right now, says that Lil Guy is still at the Distribution Center awaiting shipment. Lil Guy is at the dealership, and has been there since Monday morning. As for your tracking yours, I don't know what to tell you. Just figure that it's about 10 days from Southampton to POE in Baltimore, a day longer to Savannah and I have no idea to the West Coast, probably 6 days or so.

Hey, looks really great. What are all the options that put on him? By the way, just for the record, I asked my Motor Adviser about how come my Lil Guy looks more like a 4-wheel drive car as it sits so high. She told me that they are all shipped with spacer blocks. The funny thing is, she says that they get some Mini's in from other areas that still have these spacer blocks inserted. Hilarious, I'll bet the owners really kind of wonder why their Mini rides so rough and sits so high.:

Really like that Visual Boost. If I'd have known how to order it, I'd have done so. I have no idea yet, whether mine was one of the Visual Boost mistakes. I, rather doubt it.

Ok, I'll ask this question again, "HAVE ANY OF YOU CONSIDERED THE INVISISHIELD, OR JUST THE INVISABLE BRA FOR YOUR FRONT END?"

I've got an appointment set for my guy to be done on November 11th, just wondered what are you'alls thoughts?

Saturday's the day. Olga and I are driving from Des Moines into Chicago, actually Schaumburg, to do the business for Lil Guy. Maria says that he is awfully excited and can't wait.

What did you miss in the option box? Just kidding, I didn't miss much either, other than the Premium Package or just the sunroof and auto a/c. Ok, now you really piqued our interest, what is that you can't talk about? We won't tell anyone.....
