Picked up a '03 Cooper S a few months back and am thinking of adding some stuff to it (plus a new window motor I guess because my driver side already seized ...no, the door punch doesn't work).

I just purchased 2 outmotoring brackets and 2 Hella 500s which I can't wait for (I live in a rural area so lighting is pretty important). Do you guys know where to get a Mini window switch that I can place in the panel to match?

I'm also considering an offset/driver stripe (the 1 small 1 wide stripe set that goes white on the hood and trunk and blue on the roof), but I'm not sure where to get a nice one, or if it's even a good idea because I don't want it to peel or anything. I'd also like to match my blue color for the roof, but I'm not sure what the color is called or where the best place to buy a stripe would be. I think I'll also get a badge for the front grill if I can find a good one.

Let me know if you think it's a good idea or what you're recommendations for stripes and colors might be. Any other suggestions for good modifications would be cool too (even for increased performance).

Congrats on the new (to you) MINI.

As far as the stripes, there are several fine vendor websites linked off of here that you can look at. As they are all familiar with the MINI, they should be quite able to properly match the color of your car with the stripe.
