Hahaha!!!

Meaning I have "neutral" next to my screen name and notice others have "1st gear", "2nd gear".

Sooo... how many posts do you need to move up?

Keep posting.
There's a post somewhere that list the amount needed for each gear. I think it may be over there on the <- left menu somewhere
