Greetings from Northern California, I just purchased a 2006 Mini Cooper S with 30K on it. It's great! About 5 years ago I had a '78 Mini that I sold, regrettably, but this newer one is awesome so far. It does need some new tires, at least on the back, so I am thinking about replacing the run flats with standard tires. I'm leaning toward Continental ExtremeContact DWS after reading some great reviews on various sites. Anyone have experience with these?

Welcome to the forum, I imagine you experience quite a lot of difference between your classic Mini and your new one, how would you rate these diffrences?

 

Congrats & Welcome! Ditching runflats seems to be the first mod for most...lots of threads with suggested replacement tires - just do a quick search.

 

Yes Runflats are harsh on your Ride . Good Luck on your search !
