) seeing this knows of an experienced, trustworthy service/repair shop in our neck of the woods, I'd love to know. Yes, Ferman has been satisfactory with their service but bloody hell, my wallet hurts!

There's a post on Sunshine MINIs that they have 15% off of labor right now, also.

As far as their service, I can't say from personal experience... regarding them or anyone else. My MINI is still under warranty, so I haven't used anyone other than the dealer.
