CA Lemon Title

Moving from BMW to MCS. New to this group and have been in BMW CCA over 30 years. Have recently downsized from 2001 Z3 Coupe and '76 2002. MCS AT seems like the right solution. Prefer to find a low mileage used R56. Live in AZ and note there are quite a few Mini buybacks from CA. Would appreciate any comments or feedback on what to look out for.

Have found this group to be really helpful!! Thanks

I bought my Mini Cooper last July here in Colorado, it was a Calif. Lemon Car, there was a loose arm or something. The dealer is the New MINI dealer in Loveland Colorado now. They said they do it alot with MC and BMWs from Calif. because the buyers there can take a car back for just about anything. All of the terms of the milage warranties stay the same. You just have to sign off that you are buying a lemon law car from Calif. I have had it a year almost and have put almost 24,000 miles on it with NO issues. Got it for a great price to. I don't think I would hesitate. I'm sure living in AZ there are lots of them. GOOD LUCK
