Hi guys,

I recently re-ordered a MINI with a bunch of options, and in the Order Tracking on the Owners' Lounge MINI website, the text box with the Factory Ordered Options is blank. Currently the status of the car is scheduled for production. I talked to my MA a while ago, and she ensured me that everything was put into the system.

Should I need to worry?

Yeah mine was blank also. It never did have anything in it all the way through the process. It kinda bugged me but in the end all was good.

Completely normal. Complete option list should show up in the next week or two. No need to panic.

 

I wouldn't worry. I am scheduled for production next week (well, actually, my car is, I was produced 40 years ago). None of my extras show either, but Mini says they're there. Based on what folks said on this thread and others, I wouldn't worry.

What week are you scheduled for?
