I ordered a fairly plain Mini Cooper from my local dealer (Pensacola) on 28 Dec 09. I've got a production # but the Owner's Lounge still shows me as "on order". I finally called Ask Mini today and got the same answer. I was expecting delivery in about 8 wks but that doesn't seem possible if I'm still just on order. What's the usual wait from order til production starts?

 

I waited nearly 4 monthes last year....

 

I waited 8 Weeks (Feb 19th to April 19)...be patient...your day will come!!

 

Was that 8 weeks from order to delivery or 8 weeks from order til your car went into production? I'm reasonably patient but I'm not seeing any progress from Mini in filling my order.
