Whats up NAM.
I'm Drew been looking to get a new mini cooper S for a bit. have had a few hiccups on the way to one but hopefully with in the next year or 2 I'll get into a Mini Cooper S with sport package and LSD, goal will be some autocross and maybe some hill climbs if i get the courage to weld in a cage.
Hope to hang around a learn a bit on set ups and such, also a photographer always willing to go to events and such.

Welcome aboard. Lots of good information here but you may want to also check out www.motoringfile.com for their buyer guides on used MINI's.

Good luck getting your MINI, where do you plan to do hill-climbs?
Nice pictures, impressive MINI with stero.

figured I would bump my own thread as life has taken a few more twists but looking like a mini might finally be in the family soon. my fiancee has been toying with the idea of getting a Countryman All4 to replace her Jeep Cherokee daily driver. We're also moving a good distance away from our respective families and want something that's both fun to drive and doesn't suck fuel like the tow pig ram. Again thanks for a killer site.
