New and going to be here for a longggg time...

Hey everyone
I just joined NAM and will probably join the Alliance in 2010.
I'm 17 so I'll be here forever. I love my Mini and it's license plate is RC CAR in CT. Any other mini owners from around the area let me know. Many mods are planned for the future but my 2005 MCS CR/B is stock for now. First mod will definitely be the Valentine 1 radar detector.

Welcome from a neighbor up north in MA.

Time to put those winter tires on!

Congrats on getting a Mini, and at 17 yo! At 17 I was dreaming of my first Chevy Vega.

The Valentine 1 is a great decision as MINI's seem to creep into the expensive ticket range before you know it. At 17 you can't afford too many entries driving record insurance wise.

Yea I tend to find myself going over the speed limit about 95% of the time, and that other 5% is for when I slow down for STOP signs I figure the V1 will save me from lots of tickets and then I will have more money for other mods in the future.
