We are the proud drivers of a Mini Cooper S...after many years of coveting just such a ride. Saw this one advertised, yes it's used, and in the course of 4 days saw it, drove it, bought it. This gives us reason to join the NAM forums and say hello to the rest of the Mini enthusiasts.

Thanks for the great information found here, we appreciate it. Some of it even helped us make our choice.

So anyway, we grabbed a 2004 R53 MCS DS/B 2/3/DSC/SS.

Got it home, the youngest son who is 17 walked out the door and said "holy crap, is that ours?". "Can I drive it?"
For some reason he's been doing extra work around the house suddenly...
