Joining the Cooper Club!
I am soon to be the proud owner of a 2006 Cooper Soho edition. I've been dreaming of this day since they came out with the new Mini.
My sister gave me her 1976 Mini for my 16th birthday. My Dad made me take out the engine, rebuild it and put it back in before I was allowed to get my license. Did I mention I am female?
That began my love affair with the cutest car on four wheels. I later owned a '79 and an '81 (which actually had working brakes!). I spent many happy years zipping around in my Minis, and look forward to many more in this new generation...if I can't keep my husband's paws off of it!

I'll have lots once we pick her up Saturday. My old Mini pics will have to be scanned. This is the place that would appreciate the shot of my Dad's yard with 5 or 6 Mini's all together: mine, my boyfriend's (he's now my hubby), my sisters', my uncle's, my mother's...

My new baby arrived yesterday. I think we must have put 1000km on it already! O.M.G. This car is fun to drive!
