Looking for 2005 S replacement tires

Two of my original equipment tires on my 2005 S conv are already shot, with less than 26,000 miles. I am looking for a good replacement with good ride and performance, but will last longer than this on such a light car. Thank you!

I removed all Dunlop runflats and installed Michelin Pilot Sport A/S PLUS and have been very happy with them. 45K mile treadlife warranty, quiet, smooth, good ride and tight, crisp handling. Check out the owner survey at www.tirerack.com on this tire (make sure you look at the PLUS). I carry a small compressor and tire goo for flats.

I have had good luck with Goodrich G-Force Sport tires but NTB is discontinuing them. I had to replace one recently with a Goodrich KDW-2 and that thing really grips the road. One tire made a lot of difference. Can't wait to try a whole set.

You should take a look at the Tirerack website. A lot of very useful information is on there. Everyone has different needs with tires, So you really have to ask yourself a few questions, Tire life is just one of those, Do you need an all season, do you Track, DE or Autocross your car, what kind of weather are you driving in, some of these questions will help you decide what you need, you can also give Alex a call at Tirerack and he will be of great help in finding exactly what you want.
