I've been looking at MINIs since 2000 and finally picked up a used '05 Cabrio last weekend. Now that the kid can drive himself, I can drive something that doesn't have 5+ seatbelts. Sold my Harley last year and this is the next best thing.
Only 4 days and still loving it. The fun quotient is as amazing as reported.

Okay I LOOOVE the orange and really regret that they won't put it as an option on a coupe.

More fun than a barrel of monkeys. Got to turn my first wrench on it today - battery died so I had to replace. Looking forward to keeping the top down as soon as it cools off. Have a cockpit cover on order to keep the dust, birds, leaves, etc. out.
